SMARTBRO (NO CONNECTION) for 5 days!

So it all started last May 2, 2011.

As I was setting up for my home-based work, I noticed that my connection was fluctuating. I am an email responder so I should be careful on my responses; making sure that I sent it correctly and no "double send".

I called the SMART COMMUNICATIONS Customer Care, but they said that there's an on going ENHANCEMENT to serve us better, so I understand that.

May 3, 2011

There's STILL no internet connection and I was like "what kind of ENHANCEMENT IS THAT!!". I called the SMART COMMUNICATION hotline again. The CSR I talked to said, "we can't do anything about it Ma'am". Okay I just said to myself, "patience is a virtue Aia, naging CSR ka rin."

May 4

The same, no internet connection. I called again. The one I talked to assisted me technically over the phone but nothing happened. He said, he will just send me a technician to check over our antenna.

May 5

Nothing happened. I called again and again and again. I already forgot that I was a CSR before, and screamed over that girl CSR who said that my schedule for the technician to come over was moved to June 1. "So, June 1 pa ko mkakapag trabaho nito!!" Good thing, I don't do trash talk.

May 6.



I called again because there's still no internet connection but I wasn't expecting anymore because they said that the technician will be available again on May 8 but expected the unexpected. In fact, I already scheduled myself to go to an internet shop to rent pc to do my job.

Surprisingly, someone called me over the SMART number I used and it's the technician.

Now, I have my connection after 5 days!! weeew!
